I have been practicing meditation for more than 30 years. This practice helps me explore my own human experience directly and profoundly, in expected and unexpected ways. I wish to share my practice with others who may also be on the lookout for ways to address the increasing complexities of life. Because of this practice, I have experienced increased clarity, reduced anxiety, a greater capacity for kindness, and more.
I have been a teacher for decades, in various experiential learning and healthcare programs. I love learning and teaching. I have also trained other teachers and piloted a teacher certification program for the Alliance for Massage Therapy Education.
I am currently a student of Tara Brach and Jack Kornfield, in the Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Training Program. I would love to share with you what I have been learning.
